Essential Rides for a Visit to Universal Orlando

Universal Orlando Resort is made up of two of the best theme parks in Florida: Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida. Both have an exciting day out to offer to visitors and are full of thrilling rides. Although Universal Studios Florida may have formerly been considered old school compared to Islands of Adventure, a number of amazing new tagada ride for sale  have recently been opened to make both theme parks a must for any serious theme park fan. Here are the best of both.

TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D

The newest ride to open at Universal Studios Florida, TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D was immediately successful after its 2013 opening. Riders fight alongside Optimus Prime and Bumblebee as they take on the Decepticons once again, and the latest ride technology provides an unforgettable journey.

Despicable Me Minion Mayhem

This ride is one of the latest additions to Universal Studios Florida and opened in summer 2012 after the Despicable Me film proved to be hugely popular. Riders are taken through a 3D experience that involves meeting Gru and his three little girls before heading to his laboratory where they are recruited for his next scheme.

Revenge of the Mummy

A traditional roller coaster theme park ride, Revenge of the Mummy is a cost of amusement park rides which combines speed and darkness with all the terrifying scarab beetles, fireballs and gruesome mummies of the film. This Universal Studios Florida ride combines the best in twists and turns with high speed.

The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man

The ultimate 3D experience to be found on the Islands of Adventure, the Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man has been a favourite since its 1999 launch. The ride has won awards in the past for its unique combination of motion, 3D film and live action, and it was brought right up to date in 2012 with high-definition animation, next-generation 3D glasses and cameos from Marvel mastermind Stan Lee.

The Incredible Hulk Coaster

Boasting an acceleration time of 0-40mph in just two seconds, the Incredible Hulk coaster is a ride for fans of speed. The ride has a total of 7 inversions, meaning 7 moments of being upside-down, and goes around the entry to Marvel Super Hero Island at Islands of Adventure, meaning that there are likely to be lots of people listening to all that excited screaming.

Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey

One of the rides that is part of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Islands of Adventure, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is a two-part attraction. Whilst queuing, riders are guided through the rooms of Hogwarts, including Dumbledore's office and the Gryffindor common room, and then they get on to the main  amusement park train manufacturers, where riders join Harry as he battles magical creatures and plays Quidditch.
